PLACING ORDERS Do I need to submit a credit application? First time orders may be subject to pre-payment. For new accounts, a credit application can be downloaded byclicking here. "Is Pedrewatch.com a secure site?" This site utilizes 128-bit, industry standard, S.S.L. encryption technologies to insure that your credit card information is protected during a transaction. All transactions are screened for fraud. BACK TO TOP "How long will it take for my sample order to arrive?" Sample orders usually take 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) to process, before shipping. Samples are sent via UPS Ground Service. If a faster method is required, please provide a UPS or FedEx account number in the Order Comments and Special Requests field of your shopping cart. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. BACK TO TOP "Can I return a sample for credit?" Pedre brand samples may be returned within 30 days for a full credit, less freight, if samples and packaging are in like-new condition. Other brands may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact a customer service representative for a Return Authorization Number. BACK TO TOP What is standard production time? Production time for all orders is scheduled once we receive approval of the layout. For first time pad-printed orders, allow 3-4 weeks. Normal delivery time on re-orders is 3 weeks. A first etched medallion dial order is 4-5 weeks. Exact repeat order is 4 weeks. Four color process dial order is 2-3 weeks. A first die-struck medallion order is 6-8 weeks. Exact repeat orders are within 5 weeks. BACK TO TOP Do you offer rush service? Rush service is available with a 30% surcharge with a $75.00 minimum. Delivery is 10 days after layout approval. All rush orders are subject to availability and holiday schedule exemptions. Contact the factory for specific information. BACK TO TOP What type of artwork do you need? Artwork can be accepted in the following formats: Illustrator, Photoshop, or any MAC OS compatible EPS file. All fonts and/or placed images must be either included or have been converted to outlines. A minimum $30.00 art charge may be incurred for touch ups. BACK TO TOP Do you match PMS colors? Yes, and there is no charge on pad-printed orders. Are gift boxes included with my Pedre watch? Yes. All watches come in deluxe presentation boxes with a Pedre warranty. BACK TO TOP Does Pedrewatch.com offer gift wrapping? Yes. We can gift wrap a watch for you and the charge for this service is $8.00 per watch. BACK TO TOP I recieved an error when placing an order! Please contact us ASAP to resolve the matter. BACK TO TOP SHIPPING How will my order be shipped? Sample orders are shipped via UPS. You can choose to have your order shipped via Ground, 2 Day, or Overnight service. We can not ship to PO Boxes and some locations. Production orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. All orders are shipped FOB New York. We can ship to multiple locations at an additional charge of $5.00 per drop shipment plus freight costs. For foreign shipments, add $15.00 per location. A commercial invoice must be provided. International shipments must be charged to your UPS, FedEx, or DHL accounts. Please be advised international delivery times may possibly be affected by customs, which is not our responsibility. Applicable duties and taxes may be charged for deliveries outside of the United States. BACK TO TOP WARRANTY "What type of warranty comes with my Pedre watch? Every Pedre timepiece is backed by 65 years of watch making experience and a lifetime limited warranty. This warranty excludes: batteries, wear to crystal, case, bracelet, strap, stem and/or crown, damages resulting from accident or other than normal use or from repairs made by others. All Seiko Corporation, Movado Group, and Tumi timepieces are supplied with original factory warranty. Consult individual warranty for after sales service for that manufacturer/brand. BACK TO TOP Are Pedre watches water resistant? Different Pedre watches are water resistant to varying degrees. A watch with Water resistant to 100 feet listed in its product description will withstand splashes of water or rain. Pedre does not recommend wearing it while swimming or diving. GENERAL INFORMATION Are the prices current? Prices are effective January 1, 2009. Prices are subject to change without notice. BACK TO TOP Who owns the tools and dies? All dies remain the property of Pedre Promotional Products. All dies remain on file for three years. After three years, new die charges are applied. We reserve the right to requote die charges upon receipt of artwork for complicated logos. BACK TO TOP Can I buy a watch with a logo I have seen on your site? The logos seen on this site are not to be presumed an endorsement of our products. They are examples of our recent work. The products are not offered for sale with any firms or organizations logo except with written authorization and permission. Pedre Promotional Products assumes no liability for determining the legal holder of a trademark. Any and all such determinations are the sole responsibility of the distributor.
